Dear APA Arizona Members:

On behalf of the APA Arizona 2010 Conference Committee, I am inviting you to join us for the APA Arizona 2010 Annual Planning Conference in Downtown Phoenix from November 3-5.  The theme for the conference is "Looking Forward..." and based on the economic issues that have plagued Arizona during the last two years, the Committee believes that Looking Forward is the key for us to prepare for the future.

Over the past year, the 2010 Conference Committee has worked hard to plan a conference that will provide you with an exciting learning experience and opportunities to connect with your colleagues. The Committee has focused on providing you the most "bang for your buck".  To accomplish this, the Committee has expanded the number of sessions by starting the Conference on Wednesday with an opening event with a keynote speaker.  With the additional sessions on Wednesday afternoon, there is a potential for 52 sessions during the conference.  In addition, the Committee is considering the possibility of conducting "salons" on Thursday evening after the Planner's Bazaar.  The salons will be informal discussions regarding topics of current interest to Conference participants.

Please provide any comments you believe will be helpful for the 2010 Conference Committee in their efforts to provide you with a valuable conference experience.
